Shame about Happy. Season 1 was good. Season 2 meh.

Not shocked by Deadly Class getting the axe. Started great and moody and ended up feeling like 90210. Love triangles. Soap sob stories. Meh.
They would never have gone like the comic anyway. Almost half of the cast should have been dead by mid-season.

From the Hollywood Reporter 4 June 2019 “The good news is the show (Happy) has a Netflix deal already, and the first season of the show did well over there. Apparently it’s Netflix’s “top-performing, second-window drama series,” coming in only behind You. That could be enough for Netflix to save the show and at least give it one more season to properly end the story, but we’ll see what happens.”
